Morg's Diner, Waterloo. Little hole in the wall, been there 62 years. Our waitress ....42 years. 9 booths
, 7 stools at bar. Fresh grated hash browns. Asked waitress where the usual black cook was....she said ...he's in the clink....told him to straighten up, but he didn't listen. Flat grill right up front by the door.

30 miles Jeff. Waterloo and Cedar Falls where the Iowa race was 2 years ago are right together.
Sweet and sour chicken tonight.
I can't tell which ones are sweet and which ones are sour, elaborate please

Cinnamon sugar candied California walnuts.
Pancakes today, could have put some of those walnuts in them but I like just plain old pancakes. Only thing I do to better them is double the eggs in the patter.
