Hello Don, The manifold was purchased with the motor and is a small port Offy just powder coated. The build is comprised of a 409 crank 6.135 BBC rods, Ross Pistons, 10.2:1 Schneider cam-hydraulic 226/228 @.050 lift at .520”-530” on 110LSA, double roller timing, 409 Pan, two piece timing cover (show cars) Melling oil pump and 079 heads (i know:weep) with 1.7 roller rockers and offy valve covers. i am sure i am missing something and any input is welcome!

With stock heads[379's] you might get 365 with headers, add larger valves such as 2.06 in.,1.72 ex.and a little bowl work and you'll be closer to 400.
Don is right but I would highly recommend you find some 333's. They are pretty cheap and you can stuff a rather large valve in them. More importantly they are designed with larger runners than the 379 is capable of no matter how much porting you do. Good luck! Enjoy it!
