Hi,
this is a german Heinkel scooter.Its a late model 103/A2 - build 1965. Its a 4 stroke,single cylinder.It puts out a whopping 10 hp.Top speed about 55 mph.
The Heinkel company was a wartime airplane builder.After the war,they build microcars and scooters.

Interesting, thanks for the response, I like scooters also, I have a 60 and 63 Cushman and a 65 Vespa. That's a neat scooter that you have

we have some Vespas too-here is our '62 GS 150 (build under Vespa licence in Germany by Messerschmidt-also a wartime airplane builder) in christmas dress

Welcome. my wife lived in Bitburg from 1982 till 1992 when she graduated as she is a military brat. Very nice cars.
