I wonder where this is from. I have a friend that knows of a pulling tractor that was run with a 409 and claims it is still around somewhere north central Mo.

I found my 409 in an old case tractor in a bone yard. Is guess it was for pulling also. Wish I took some pictures, but I was in too big of a hurry to get it unbolted before the yard owner could figure out what it was.

I had a 55 and wanted a 57 for some reason...just like the look of them.
Never got a 57 and sold the 55 because of the first wife.......man this is sounding like a broken record.
That first wife sure took a toll on my cool car collection.

My wife of 45 years was also a weekend drag racer.We met at the track and have been together ever since. Here is a picture of her and I at Westhampton raceway here on Lo ng Island many moons ago.Neither one of us look likre that anymore.
