I am wondering if this could be the original master cylinder for my '65 Impala?
Casting date underneath looks like an I 01 no year code and 23 below date cast. The car has a 12/64 build date. Cast part # looks like 5464866. In between is a spoke wheel device and a D. Can't tell for sure until I take it off and clean it up. Any guesses? Sorry resolution of pic is poor when uploaded.
