Steering Column shaft Coupler

Hello,

Does anyone have a 61-64 Steering Column shaft coupler? They have a kit on Southeast Chevy parts that is part number L-04-014 for reference.

I have a zinc plated original and a original zinc plated fine thread bolt and clamp
Do you need the bolt & clamp and the square nuts (that mount to the round studs on the bottom of the steering shaft) & the mount for the square nuts on the inside of the coupler ?

Here are the steering column coupler parts that I have to sell
first two pictures without the bolt & special nut - last two show bottom off steering shaft were nuts and bracket mount
