How does the rear speaker get wired into the radio? I have a 3 prong plug that it power, pos/neg speaker for the front speaker. Do I just piggyback off the front speaker to the rear?

It's been a looong time since I did anything with speakers. I added a rear speaker to my 59 Impala years ago and also bought the fader switch which at that time came with instructions. I think it went behind the main knob on the right side of the radio. Then I had fading from front- both- rear.

here is the fader switch for a 61 or 62 Chevy radio to be able to run a back seat speaker -As Ron notes it mounts on tuner side of knobs.
I have a new NOS one to sell. I used a single or dual wire to the rear speaker in the Impala back seat.
