Rear quarter replacement

I replaced the right rear quarter mid wheel opening and back. I have a low spot where the seem is from the weld. I am about an 1/8th inch low on a straight edge at the peak where the chrome strip runs. I don't plan on putting the trim back on.what should I do ?

Unless you can get to the back side of the weld to hammer and dolly/planish the seam, as Brian said, "That's were fiber glass comes into play".

Into everyone's life a little bondo must fall... If you could see under the paint on those high dollar cars...

Picked up a new can of feather lite putty. Put a streight edge to it and started building up the area that's low. Three coats with lite sanding between I think I'm getting there.
