Whats up guys, i was directed over here from the H.A.M.B., i am a hot rod nut for life. I am in the parts gathering process to build a sixties show rod, it will be model a roadster pick up based but with a nice chevy twist. I am going to build the bed out of 59 to 60 elky or impala quarters, and 409 power it. I am looking for a 409 if anyone has something out of a truck or something.

Sounds like an interesting project. If you keep your eyes open sometimes 348's and 409's show up in local want adds and internet sites. By the way, I mentioned 348's because they can be stroked and bored to give you as much as 450 cubic inches.
