Been playing with these old sleds since about 1970. Had a real nice 1963 Biscayne 409/425 four speed car with factory tach 20 years ago and foolishly sold it. Found it in a mans back yard with flat tires and not running. Still had the drag racing decals on the windows dating back to 1963 in the New Jersey and New York area. Would sure like to find another one preferably a project. I know it won't be cheap so I'm prepared for that, if and when the time comes that I find another one or something similar. I could get real excited about a 1965 Impala 409 also.
In an unrelated item while cleaning out my garage I found a nice 409 crankshaft that has been machined 20-20 and is ready to go in an engine. Can anyone advise a good website to sell it? I put it on Craigslist and Racing junk but no bites.

Welcome Steve,Try our own "For Sale " section.It could make someone a good starting place for a stroked 348,as well as a replacement for a 409.
