New member from Iowa 62 Impala SS

Hi,

Kevin from Iowa, I just traded a project I had lost interest in for a 62 Impala SS, It is a basket case but that is the way I start most of my projects. I am about finished with my last project, witch was a 57 Chevy 2 door HT gasser. I will be starting on the 62 in the spring so I am going my research now. I have not decoded the body tag completely to see what I am starting with, I do know it is a true SS and what color it was but that is about it. It will be a 409 car when I am done I do know that.

Not sure where in Iowa you are located, we have several 409 veterans in that great State. Paul is in Sioux City and has a good feel for the quality parts that go in to a 1962 project. .
