Mystery "S-channels"

Greetings 61 Chevrolet Guys:
I found this site online looking for installation diagrams for the rear quarter windows for my 61 Impala Bubbletop. Saw another guy was baffled with the "S" Channels, and how they attach. I have downloaded the parts diagram (very helpful), but the question about the invisible mounting holes was never answered. Someone out there has to know how they work. I would appreciate any input. Thanks!

First of all welcome to the site !!!! I know someone here will be able to give you directions on getting those windows working. It's been a long time since I put my in and I don't remember any invisible holes, but there probably are some.
