Too bad, the dumb driver's didn't care enough about their cars. Just too much power in a small car.
A friend of mine had a 1967 Mustang notch back. It had a 390 with a four speed.
Probably had close to 400 H.P. He was trying to impress me.
He did a 4000 RPM clutch dump, at a redlight. That car was all over, both lanes.
I thought, we were gonna get hit, from cars in the opposite lane. He even scared himself that day. 
Luckily, we made it, back to work.
