I need imformation on ACC codes for my 1963 impala convertable

here is imformation I have on my car I think it was a 409 4 speed car when I bought in 1974 it had no motor trany it has high red line tack the front springs are heaver the radator and shroud have 6 bolts not 4 it has 3/8 " fule lines with return line any help would be aprecated thank yu John

Welcome to this great site John. The body style of 1867 does mean it was a v8 car, but unfortunately the numbers will not tell you what v8 engine came in the car. Sounds like you might have an original 409 car with the presence of the return line( it also could have been added in the past). The 409's had a ballast resistor mounted to the firewall in the area to the left(sitting in the driver seat) of the driver side of the firewall. Look for a screw hole. Others will be able to give more information I'm sure.
