I`m a new member 59626371s. I live in Canada Winnipeg ,Manitoba. I have a 59 Impala with original 348 4 bbl.The car has 80,000 miles on it now. I`ve owned it since 1996, before that it belonged to my best friend since 1983.
I`ve got a truck 348 that I`d like to rebuild. for another car.Any suggestions where to look on here ?I`d like to get around 300-350 hp out of it.I was told I could put a 409 crank in the 348.Now I`m told the 348 would need clearancing or the crank would need work to fit in block? Has any 1 done this?
