Hello again!

I have been a member since 2007, but haven’t posted or been involved much. I have owned my 1964 Sports Coupe Impala since 1986.It has been a daily,when I was in high school and a bracket/street car which it still is.It was a 300hp 327 w/a M21 4spd,but is now a 15.1-1 compression 468BBC,sorry no 409.It has a 10 point cage,9” Ford with 4.33 Detroit locker. I am changing over to E85 fuel now too. I am going to be working on it again when time and life allows.

The way it looked in high school when it was red.Had a 350 bored .040 (357) and Muncie back then with a 4.10 posi.

Nice car cliff. It looks like the 1964 impala ss I bought in 1976. It was a 409-340 horsepower with 4 speed. It was a dark blue with a light blue interior and looked great. I wish I had as much sense as you to keep the car until today. I guess I thought the days of those kind of cars would last forever. You definately did the right thing to keep that car cliff. Got my new Rhoad’s fuel cell installed today.I have everything to do my E85 conversion now.Will take more pics and share more details once I start that part.All the old system is removed though.

Serious fun! Any tips or tricks with your suspension set up? Always interested in seeing what people do to make them get down the track.

I am still running boxed stock upper and lower control arms with poly bushings.It is still a 3 link.Moroso 50/50 rear shocks and Air lift bags.Front is 409 coil springs and Moroso 90/10 shocks. I have the parts to change to 4 link,Currie upper and lower control arms and possibly a anti-roll bar.
