What's under the "skin" of the 57? corvette?
Ian, congrates on the 348 tri-power. I have a fresh rebuilt 327/300 HP (1964). I am looking for a 64 SS to install my engine into.
The 57 Vette Body is molded to a 84 Vette Targa top. I am in the process of adding all the correct Chrome and making a few changes to the 84 interior. All of you "real" vette owners know that after 5K I have most of the exterior chrome. I will re post when I finish the project. It is scheduled to go to a local Virginia Beach Vette shop on Monday 10/11. The body guy that did the molding filled in all the chrome mounting holes as he wanted a Restro Mod look. The Vette shop luckly has a 57 body stripped at the shop so the hunt for holes will be a lot easier.
