62 SS console re-furb in Black.

I used the SEM brand vinyl paint and refurbished a console for my 62 SS. The lid is the one off my original console in the first picture. I used a Fawn colored body that was mint, just the wrong color. My lid was extremely faded so I used 320 grit and green scotchbrite, then the vinyl cleaner, black topcoat, followed by semi gloss clear. It came out really good. I used all the best chrome from the 2 different consoles.

Kdurgin, could you post the measurements on the placement of your seat brackets? I am installing buckets instead of a bench and need to know where to place the brackets. The console looks fantastic!
