I would want to know the condition of the block heads and crank. A worn 60 over 348 block is scrap in my mind. A 20 under crank would need to be inspected to know. The heads could be cracked thus scrap value
In my mind without knowing those details, it's not worth anything. You would be doing yourself a favor to tear it down and inspect the bores ETC.

In the case that all thing are good, maybe $800 needing a rebuild, other wise the guy buying it is rolling the dice.

I have more money in my FH code 348 than it would ever be worth.
