He had no choice! The Pontiac dealers are long gone, unfortunately. At least it was GM. I can't imagine that car in front of a Ford or Toyota store!

Nice find. I have been looking for decades for a 61 Ventura hardtop. I don't know who bought them all. I do know he does not share. Ended up buying the second favorite, a 63 Belair post. Still not giving up on the Ventura.

Good looking build man. How has the lower control arms been holding up? Thinking of doing the same to mine. Also, did you replace all of the suspension bushings? If so, where did you find them? I'm having a rough time finding them online anywhere
The stepped control arms work great. I bought NOS bushings.
