Sorry, in my haste to ask for opinions I didn’t clarify my concern. The bottom lip of the hood and the bottom lip of the moulding are trying to occupy the same space. I was curious is a factory hood has the same profile bottom lip as this aftermarket hood.

Buttoning stuff up and I wish I still had my stock hood to compare the front lip because the original molding is fitting like dog crap or it’s just me. What’s yalls opinion on this?

Thanks Paul, I found the edge pins and plastic catches. The problem with that now is I didn’t plan it that way and how I cut the backing board and wrapped the panel I’d have to pull it apart and cut them to size since they fit on the edge.

On second or third thought I may see if I can use those plastic trim push pins that are used on newer cars.

Been slowly picking away at the door panels. I had intentions of using screwing the panel at each location the plastic retainers are in the door but after seeing the door panel I’m second guessing it. I’m looking for opinions or advice if I should try to find the original style door panel...
