That manifold does not have the threaded hole to attach the factory pcv fitting so you will have to use a grommet that you can plug a pcv valve into

I had a 62 Impala with a 283 and 3 speed muncie back in high school. I blew up several trannys in that car. A 409 would eat one in a heart beat.

Looks like too much cam for stock pistons. New ones may have to be fly cut if the same cam is used.

that manifold is for the 3 bolt Stromberg or the Rochester 2G carbs. Rochesters would be much better. Besides the strombergs are F@%D carbs.
