Take a look at torch red , that's what I used on my 37, 92 corvette code 71, no metal flake, easy to blend, I even managed to blend the base clear halfway up the A pillar!! I'm constantly repainting some part of the truck due to road rash or??.. that's what happens when you put on 50,000 miles...

Wally409, about 2 months ago I installed a 327 in a 46 ford, the owner supplied the power, rebuilt ready to go! I ran the #s, as you did, I ended up with the same info, as for the heads I was wondering myself, the heads have a square and a straight sided triangle,, haven't seen these before...

Fiftiesman,,just a thought, black hides wire looms and other stuff that you don't need showing up with a body colour on the pan, I like plasti-kote T3 hot rod black, looks close to original mid 50's semi gloss inner panels, easy to use.
