Thanks. Just curious did all 409's come with the cadium plated because I have seen some 409's that have all black hinges. Was it an option? or how were the cars selected to get those hood hinges? Thanks in advancee to everyones responses.

Hi guys, question for you question re: water pump #s for a 1962 409. I am currently looking for a 409 water pump for my 1962 409 motor. My question is that on the forum it says water pump #s 3765787 & 3837691 would be correct for my 62' 409. On ebay & show cars I am i am seeing water pumps...

So I just got my manifold back for the shop. It looks great! It looks even better in person. I had it glass bead blasted and had a clear coat finish added to it. The co. name is RCR refinishing in San Jose, Ca. for anyone near there.

Decided to have mine Glass blasted. Will be picking up sometime this week. Stay tuned
